Radiological Services

Radiological Services at Mad River Community Hospital are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to serve hospitalized patients & emergency patients.

Radiological services include mammography, bone density, ultrasound, MRI, computerized tomography (CT), fluoroscopy, digital x-ray and angiography, and nuclear medicine.

We are proud to offer our patients several innovations in radiological treatment, such as MammoPads, foam cushions that make a mammogram more comfortable, and NeoTect, a tracer element that allows lung masses to be identified as cancerous or benign without surgery.

All Radiologic Technologists are licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) as well as by the State of California. Nuclear Medicine Technologists are licensed by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as well as by the State of California.

Normal hours of outpatient operation are as follows:
Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Computerized Tomography, Nuclear Medicine, and MRI, Mammography, bone density
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
