Mad River Community Hospital’s Rehab & Sports Medicine Clinics in Arcata and Willow Creek provide outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services as well as a place for community members to work out at a reasonable price.
Our outpatient rehabilitation team consists of fully trained, licensed, and credentialed personnel.

Each of the facilities of Mad River Rehab & Sports Medicine offer an affordable, comfortable community Fitness Center.
Monthly Fee $30, 1/2 month $15, Family of two $50
- Arcata M-F 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- McKinleyville M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Willow Creek M-F 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
No sign-up fee
Trained staff for assistance with Stairmasters, stationary bicycles, treadmills, upper body ergometers
Cybex fitness systems, Nautilus equipment, free weights, exercise bands, and more!
