patients & emergency patients.

Office Hours
Office Hours for Scheduling Exams or Walk-in X-Rays are available:
Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
All non X-Ray Exams require appointments scheduled in advance and are typically available:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Please note: MRI and Mammo are not currently scheduled for out-patient exams on Fridays.
Mad River Community Hospital is proud to offer our patients several innovations in radiological treatment:
- MammoPads: foam cushions that make a mammogram more comfortable
- NeoTect: a tracer element that allows lung masses to be identified as cancerous or benign without surgery.
All Radiologic Technologists are licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as well as by the State of California. Nuclear Medicine Technologists are licensed by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as well as by the State of California.

OUTPATIENT RADIOLOGY APPOINTMENTS
SCHEDULED ON OR AFTER 11/13/2023
Please be aware that Radiology appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24hours prior to appointment time will be subject to a fee of $50.
This also includes but is not limited to: late arrivals of 15 minutes or more from check-in time, appointments scheduled on a Monday cancelled after 12pm the Friday prior, and no-shows. Mad River Hospital reserves the right to collect this fee at the time of rescheduling in order for the patient to be rescheduled unless prohibited by law. Mad River Hospital also reserves the right to discharge patients that do not comply with the above cancellation/reschedule/late/no-show procedure from receiving outpatient services.
