Chief Operations Officer

The Chief Operations Officer, or COO, oversees daily hospital operations and provides leadership to staff; works collaboratively with the CEO to implement strategic plans; communicates regularly with managers, hospital employees and medical staff; and ensures quality patient care and compliance with regulatory agencies. Requirements include an advanced degree, a minimum of five years of experience as a senior executive of a hospital or business, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and interact positively with a diverse group of people, and ability to motivate and lead teams through coaching and mentoring.

Controller
The Controller directs accounting functions of the hospital & provides comprehensive, timely and accurate financial reporting. Must have Bachelors degree in accounting or business with related experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger in a Hospital setting. Supervisory experience required.

Social Worker / Discharge Planning Case Manager

The Social Worker / Discharge Planning Case Manager works directly with hospital patients and their families to assess needs prior to the patient's discharge, in order to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to discharge destination. They are the primary link to community resources and provides referral information and assistance. Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in social work, sociology, or a related field. Previous acute care experience is preferred.

Quality Team Specialist

The Quality Team Specialist is responsible for the collection, entry, maintenance and reporting of data for Quality and Risk Management, as required by regulatory agencies. They utilize the collected data for research, prevention initiatives and performance improvement.

Nursing Assistant / CNA / OB Monitor Tech (full time, part-time, day shift and night shift)
Nursing Assistants and CNAs are r
esponsible for providing assigned patients with routine daily nursing care and services, in accordance with the patient's assessment and care plan and as directed by nurse supervisors. This includes bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating, and maintaining a safe patient environment. OB Monitor Techs assist nurses with patient care, prepare delivery rooms, manage supplies and provide clerical support.

Radiology Secretary (full time, Monday-Friday)
The Radiology Secretary is r
esponsible for greeting patients, scheduling, and answering multi-line phones. They must have good customer service skills, critical thinking ability, attention to detail, and a team player attitude. Medical knowledge is desirable. No experience necessary - we will train the right person who is looking for a long-term commitment and enjoys challenging and rewarding work.
