Mad River Community Hospital's Rehab & Sports Medicine Clinics in Arcata, McKinleyville and Willow Creek provide outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services as well as a place for community members to work out at a reasonable price.

Our outpatient rehabilitation team consists of fully trained, licensed, and credentialed personnel. We are committed to improving quality of life for those with functional impairments.
