Admitting Clerk & Switchboard Representative - The Admitting & Switchboard Representative assists in the operation of the hospital by receiving/greeting and registering patients for procedures and admissions. Representatives have a strong working knowledge of hospital systems, PC's and related software. Switchboard will answers all incoming calls, routes telephone traffic and serves as the hospital receptionist.
High school diploma or GED preferred. Education can be substituted by experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with the public and relate well to others.
4. One year related experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
5. CPR certification preferred.
6. Visual acuity to read documentation tools, manuals and other material relevant to the department.
7. Auditory acuity to hear verbal communications and instrument alarms.
8. Emotional stability conducive to dealing with a high stress level of 8-12 hours at a time associated with dealing with fast-paced physical activity, rapidly changing conditions, emotional demands, and demands of maintaining effective working relationships with peers.

Emergency Department Monitor Tech The Monitor Tech is responsible for the continuous observation and monitoring of cardiac rhythms for all critical care and telemetry patients. Responsible for the detection of cardiac arrhythmia’s and communication of changes to the Registered Nurse. Responsible for the interpretation and documentation of cardiac rhythms per department standards.

Possesses current BLS certification
 Handwriting is legible
3. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
5. Must be able to read and write in English
Previous Monitor Tech experience or verification of basic arrhythmia recognition

Clinics Manager - The Clinics Manager oversees the operation of services provided through the outpatient clinics. The Clinics Manager is responsible for setting policy and directing, administrating, and evaluating Family Practice Clinics, Specialty Clinics, consistent with organizational goals and objectives. The Department Manager may function in a single location or multiple locations within the Outpatient network. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS, 2-5 years clinical acute care experience preferred, 2 years’ experience in a primary care setting preferred, current knowledge of governmental regulations and community health principles applicable to occupational and environmental health and safety, knowledge of Rural Health Clinic licensing and regulatory requirements preferred, Ability to plan, organize, work independently, and manage multiple projects, ability to use technology to review statistics, collect data and interpret significant findings.

Nursing Assistant - Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and / or Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care. Must possess current BLS certification. Acute care experience preferred.

Med Staff Coordinator - The Med Staff Coordinator is responsible for processing applications verifying credentials and reappointments of the Medical Staff as well as the Allied Health Professional Staff. Under direct supervision of the CEO, works in a team effort to maintain providers’ privileges and credentials in accordance with criteria set forth by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Joint Commission (JC); provides related administrative and clerical support; and other duties as assigned. High School graduate with two years of college business courses preferred. Secretarial and organizational skills. Command of the English language with good spelling skills. Proficient in medical terminology. Two years of experience working in a hospital environment, in a Medical Staff Office. Ability to prepare accurate meeting minutes.PC computer skills including word processing, spread sheets, etc. Meets physical requirements of position.

Certified Home Health Aide - The Certified Home Health Aide possesses basic personal care and home health services knowledge and training and a sympathetic attitude toward care of the ill, disabled and elderly. The CHHA furnishes service in accordance with agency policies and under a specific, physician ordered Plan of Care and the supervision  of a Registered Nurse. The CHHA provides hands on personal care for the clinically ill, convalescent and or disabled patient, provides assistance in ambulation or exercises, assistance with medications that are ordinarily self-administered and general household services to promote and maintain a safe, clean environment which will facilitate the client’s self-care at home. The CHHA also performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services as directed by the specific clinician and permitted under State and Federal Law.

The Position requires maturity, emotional stability and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job including high stress at times associated with fast paced responsibilities, rapidly changing priorities, creative problem solving and emotional demands of patients and their families. Maintaining effective working relationships with peers, physicians and other health care workers is essential. 

Registered Dietitian (per diem) Immediate opening for a full time or part time Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). The RDN provides nutrition consultation and education for in-patients and their families throughout the life cycle, including the development and documentation of evidence-based interventions to meet nutrient needs; provides medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for patients requiring nutrition intervention; monitors and evaluates the patient’s progress; and communicates the nutrition care plan with other team members by effective verbal and written communication.The RDN attends committee activities concerned with nutrition care and education of patients and employees and participates in QAPI activities.  The RDN provides nutrition assessment and recommendations regarding MNT to Home Health patients as requested. Limited outpatient nutrition counseling is offered when RDN staffing allows.The RDN collaborates with the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and Food and Nutrition Services staff regarding in-patient menu adjustments, menu planning, specialty products required and adherence to providing patient meals as prescribed. The Registered Dietitian accepts rotating weekend on call coverage.

Minimum of BA or BS degree from a four year accredited college or university approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics; completion of an accredited program route to RD/RDN registration eligibility, and current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (may be hired temporarily for 4 months with supervision from a staff RD until registration exam passed). Clinical medical nutrition therapy experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition support and diabetes education within the last two years in an acute care facility is preferred.

Housekeeper - In this role, our housekeepers maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas to promote sanitary, orderly and attractive conditions.

1. Must be 18 years of age – minimum.
2. High School graduate or equivalent preferred
3. Previous janitorial experience preferred.
4. Previous hospital experience preferred.
5. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate orally in English.
6. Meets task analysis for position.
