Employment - Nursing Positions

Peri-Operative RN - Is responsible for the continual assessment of the patient, taking into consideration the data collected by other members of the healthcare team. RN is responsible for the development of patient's plan of care to include preparation for the patient's discharge and required patient/family education. Also responsible to provide leadership for the nursing patient care team and collaborate with departments. Must possess a current CA license, BLS and meets all specific department requirements. Previous acute care experience preferred. Experience in short stay, GI, and pain clinic. No weekends.

Registered Nurse First Assistant- The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) functions as the assistant to surgeon during surgical intervention. The RNFA collaborates with the surgeon and health care team in performing a safe operation with optimal outcomes for the patient. Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California, ACLS within 6 months of hire, CNOR certification, and at least 3 years experience in preoperative nursing as a scrub nurse.

Manager of Offsite Clinics, Employee and Occupational Health- Oversees the operation of services provided through the Clinic’s and Employee Health Department.  Must possess a current Registered Nursing License in the State of CA and Current BLS. 2-5 years clinical acute care experience preferred. More qualifications may be obtained from Human Resources.

Utilization Review Nurse-Reviews each fine case for appropriateness of admission and level of care. Acquires authorization for nonselective admissions, continued stays, and post acute hospital needs. Assesses patient/family needs for additional resources throughout the hospital stay and communicates identified needs and resources given to all appropriate team members. Requires current California RN license to your acute care nursing experience preferred. One year utilization review or equivalent experience preferred. For more information contact human resources.
