Medical Staff Coordinator-Under direct supervision of COO, works in a team effort to maintain providers’ privileges and credentials in accordance with criteria set forth by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Joint Commission (JC); provides related administrative and clerical support; other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience: Two years credentialing experience required; CPCS or CPMSM preferred. Processes applications and reapplications from physicians and allied health professionals requesting Medical Staff membership and/or privileges. Notifies Medical Staff and monitors payment of annual Medical Staff dues and applicable fees. Prepares agendas, minutes, and follow-up correspondence for Credentials/Bylaws, Interdisciplinary Practices Committee, CME/Library Committee, and other committees, as assigned. Maintain Medical Staff database, call schedules with distribution to appropriate departments, and meeting calendars.

Nursing Assistant-Full time, per diem, part time– Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Vocational Nurse the Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care.  Must possess current BLS certification or obtain it within six (6) months of hire.  Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Monitor Tech- Responsible for the continuous observation and monitoring of cardiac rhythms for all critical care and telemetry patients. Responsible for the detection of cardiac arrthymia’s and communication of changes to the registered nurse. And responsible for the interpretation and documentation of cardiac rhythms per department standards.
