Employment - Non Licensed Medical Positions

Monitor tech/per diem -Responsible for the continuous observation and monitoring of cardiac rhythms for all critical care and telemetry patients. Responsible for the detection of cardiac arrthymia’s and communication of changes to the registered nurse. And responsible for the interpretation and documentation of cardiac rhythms per department standards.

Scrub Tech -part time – Under the direction of the registered nurse, the Surgical Technician functions as the scrub person during surgical intervention and technical assistant during GI/pulmonary endoscopy procedures.  Manages the sterile field and/or other technical instrumentation and equipment.  Must have a minimum 1 year experience as a scrub person in an acute care hospital or outpatient facility.

Medical Assistant-Six Rivers Medical Clinic Willow Creek- The medical assistant provides supportive duties to the practitioner within a well defined scope of practice to provide medical care to all patients treated in this office. Assists with breath alcohol test and drug screening needs of the clinic. High school diploma, certified medical assistant and, 1 year clinical experience is preferred. Needs a current BCLS certification. Also an injection certificate, and a drug and alcohol screening certification within 6 months.

Certified Home Health Aide -Provides hands-on personal care for the clinically ill, convalescent and/ or disabled patient, assists in ambulation or exercises, assists with medications that are ordinarily self-administered and general household services to promote and maintains a safe, clean environment which will facilitate the patient's self-care at home.  Must have current certification as a home health aide in the state of California.

Nursing Assistant / Nursing Aide – Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and / or Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care. Must possess current BLS certification. Acute care experience preferred.

Housekeeper – The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas to promote sanitary, orderly, and attractive conditions. Previous janitorial and hospital experience preferred.  

Admitting Representative/Switchboard-High school diploma or GED preferred. Assists in the operation of the hospital by receiving/greeting and registering patients for procedures and admissions.  At the switchboard, answers all incoming calls, routes telephone traffic, and serves as hospital receptionist.  Good written and verbal communication skills are a must.
