Employment - Licensed and Registered Medical PositionsClinical Lab Scientist-full time and per diem-The Clinical Laboratory Specialist is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of the basic theories, principles and practices of Clinical Laboratory Science and a working knowledge of the literature and current developments in the field of Clinical Laboratory Science. The Clinical Laboratory Scientist must provide direct and constant supervision of all non-licensed personnel. Respiratory Care Practitioner- Is responsible for providing medically prescribed respiratory care programs designed to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. The RCP is expected to provide respiratory care to all patients across the life span. Additionally, he/she must be able to perform diagnostic testing. Must have current California RSP license, BLS, ACLS, NRP Radiology Technologist –part time- Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, prepares the exam room, supplies, and contrast media for use in imaging procedures, and is responsible for the well-being of the patient while in the Radiology Department. The technologist is also responsible for transporting the patient and for general secretarial duties within Radiology. Ultrasound Technician - Responsible for ultrasound examination utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment. Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages, including transportation services. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Assists in the orientation of new employees. Position qualifications include satisfactory completion of formal training in ultrasound. Maintains current RDMS certification (or eligibility LVN – The LVN is responsible and accountable for the nursing care rendered to patients across life spans seen at the Medical Center during his/her assigned hours of duty. All nursing care rendered must be within the licensure of California for Vocational Nursing and is under the direction of a physician or mid-level practitioner. The LVN is responsible for adhering to all established standards of nursing care Certified Physical Therapist Home Health– Assesses patients’ medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of treatment that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with certificate, BS, MS, or PhD, and be eligible for licensing or licensed by the State of California.
