Certified Physical Therapist-full time/per diem/part time – Assesses patients’ medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of treatment that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with certificate, BS, MS, or PhD, and be eligible for licensing or licensed by the State of California.
Physical Therapist-Home Health full time and per diem – The Home Health Physical Therapist assesses patients and their medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of care that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity within a health care team model. He/she maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.
Certified Physical Therapy Assistant – Assists the Physical Therapist in providing medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disability. The Physical Therapy Assistant will be able to function in an independent manner and will be responsible to the supervising Home Health Physical Therapist. Must be eligible for licensing or is already licensed in by the State of California.
Phlebotomist- Full Time, part time & per diem– The phlebotomist assists in the operation of the laboratory by obtaining specimens, accessing laboratory tests in LIS, preparing specimens for transport, and maintaining supplies. Must have phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or the equivalent, and current CPR certification. Computer skills are desirable.
Clinical Lab Scientists (CLS)(full time)-The Clinical Laboratory Specialist is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of the basic theories, principles and practices of Clinical Laboratory Science and a working knowledge of the literature and current developments in the field of Clinical Laboratory Science. The Clinical Laboratory Scientist must provide direct and constant supervision of all non-licensed personnel.
Pharmacist-The staff pharmacist is responsible for assisting the pharmacy manager in the daily operation of the pharmacy department. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, the staff pharmacist will be in charge of the department and make such decisions as appropriate. Must be a current licensure with CA State as a pharmacist and have at east 2 years hospital experience.
Pharmacy Technician- The Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist in the various dispensing functions of the pharmacy department. The technician also processes daily patient charges, orders and receives stock, and maintains an appropriate level of inventory.
Radiology Technologist – Full and part time. Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, prepares the exam room, supplies, and contrast media for use in imaging procedures, and is responsible for the well-being of the patient while in the Radiology Department. The technologist is also responsible for transporting the patient and for general secretarial duties within Radiology.
MRI RADIOLOGY TECH Responsible for magnetic resonance imaging examinations utilizing diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging equipment. Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages, including transportation for services. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Assists in the orientation of new employees.
ER Technician - Perform various patient and non-patient care duties under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse or other RN. Must maintain BLS for HCP certification and a current EMT-1 certification as required by North Coast EMS guidelines.
