Employment - Licensed Medical PositionsCertified Physical Therapist – Assesses patients’ medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of treatment that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with certificate, BS, MS, or PhD, and be eligible for licensing or licensed by the State of California. Radiology Technologist (CT & X-ray) Per Diem- Responsible for radiographic examinations utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment. Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages, including transportation for services. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Must have satisfactory completion of formal Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school. Must have ARRT & CPR certification. Have CRT license or CRT license eligibility. Additionally interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients and families, all radiology staff, referring physicians, nursing, etc. Physical Therapist –Home Health – The Home Health Physical Therapist assesses patients and their medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of care that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity within a health care team model. He/she maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. Certified Home Health Aide -Provides hands-on personal care for the clinically ill, convalescent and/ or disabled patient, assists in ambulation or exercises, assists with medications that are ordinarily self-administered and general household services to promote and maintains a safe, clean environment which will facilitate the patient's self-care at home.
