Adult Day Health Care - Program Services
Occupational, physical and speech therapy are provided by licensed professionals when prescribed by a physician and based upon assessed need.
A specialized program in a safe, secure environment, caring for individuals with early through late stage dementia.
Registered nurses are on staff, caring for a wide spectrum of medical needs.
A social worker is utilized to ensure that each participant and his/her family has proper access to services needed to resove any personal or social problems. Services available include individual and group counseling, family counseling, and referral to community agencies.
Activities such as group outings, crafts, games, and music are provided. Participation is based on participants' needs and desires.
A mid-morning snack and a nutritious hot meal at lunch time are included. Dietary counseling is available to participants.
Safe door-to-door transportation to and from ADHC is available, whether in a wheelchair, with a walker, or for a participant who lives alone and is unable to drive.

Tax-deductible contributions from individuals, businesses, and civic organizations are welcome and enable the center to serve those unable to pay fully.
